Tim Wilbur
Senior Pastor
pastortim@newsongcc.org
Tim is passionate about the likeness of Jesus Christ being formed in God’s people to the extent that His likeness is demonstrated daily on the playing field of life. He is convinced followers of Jesus ought to be the most generous, loving and compassionate people on the planet. His teaching reflects this passion as he infuses transparent insights, warm humor and practical application into his leadership. New Song was founded on the premise that the gospel is good news and ought to be presented in a compelling and engaging form. 2009 marks the 20th year of the church’s existence. As a global Christian he is also heavily involved in international leadership development in Baja California, MX, and India. He married his high school sweetheart, Shirley, in 1975, and together they have three married children and five grandchildren.
Don Myers
Senior Pastor
donmyers57@gmail.com
In his 26 year career with Young Life, Don pursued his passion for teenagers, evangelism, speaking the Gospel and training volunteers. (OK, and he learned some pretty funny skits along the way…) Now God has given him the opportunity to exercise those same passions with the people of Wenatchee via the ministries of New Song. Don believes that following Jesus should result in a vibrant, abundant and exciting life, full of the hope and the grace necessary to meet the challenges the world deals us. Don loves to tell stories and to hear the stories of others.
Don is married to Heidi, has three kids and six grandkids, all who live here in Wenatchee. He is a new convert to the world of hockey, serving as the chaplain for the Wenatchee Wild Hockey Team, and attempts to play golf.
